Can I change my order?
Since we're dedicated to getting your activewear to you as swiftly as we can, we cannot change an order once it has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders once they have been placed. However, you can follow our returns process. Please see our returns/refunds policy.
My package/an item from my package is missing
We're incredibly sorry to hear that. We'll do our best to resolve this issue for you quickly and efficiently. Just send us an email at info@finesseactive.co with the following information:
Your name.
The email address used to place the order.
The order number.
The name/list of the missing item/items.
An alternative shipping address if available.
A photo of the package if an item/items from the package is missing.Once we've received the information above, our team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

What payment methods are accepted?

Where is my discount code?
Once you've signed up for our newsletter, keep an eye out for an email from us with your discount code. If it still isn't showing up, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder.If you've signed up for SMS notification, you will receive a text message alert with your code to use at checkout.If you still have trouble receiving your discount code, don't hesitate to contact us.
How do I apply my discount code?
At checkout, simply enter your discount code into the discount code bar and click apply. Your total amount will be updated automatically.
My discount code is not working
Our discount codes are subject to the Terms and Conditions of their respective promotion. There may be several reasons why they are not working.

Can I use more than one discount?
Stacking discount codes are not allowed. Only one promo code/discount code/referral code can be applied for each order.
