Domestic Orders (Australia)

We offer a 15-day return policy for domestic orders (within Australia). This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.   
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@finesseactive.co with your request.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and contact details.
  3. Important: Do not send back your package without first requesting a return.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original one and then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

International Orders (Outside of Australia)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any international orders. Due to the high costs associated with international shipping and the extended timeframes involved in the return process, we are unable to accommodate returns for international orders at this time.

Not quite right?

That's alright, love. We accept returns lodged within 30 days of order placement. The refund will be credited to your original payment or your store credit.
Before you make a return, please ensure your item/items meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered in any way.
  • Exceptions for returns:

  • Change of mind
  • Sale or marked down items
  • Claims due to quality issues such as loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display
  • Claims due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference
  • Claims due to sizing issues. Returns are not allowed but please see our exchange policy.

  • Easy! Simply send us an email at info@finesseactive.co with the following details:

     

  • Your order number
  • The list of items you wish to return/exchange and if applicable, your color/size preference for the exchanged item.

    We will reply you ASAP with a return/exchange confirmation email and provide you with a shipping label for you to paste on your package for mailing in.

  • Yes, we do not cover the cost of return postage. For your peace of mind, we recommend you use a postage service with a tracking service.*

    *Finesse Activewear cannot be held liable for item/items that are damaged or lost in the returns process.

    Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow us a total of 7-14 business days for the return to be processed and then, for the funds to clear into your account. Not to worry, we will send you regular updates via email.

  • A receipt of your postage or other similar evidence.
  • The tracking number of your postage.
  • Your order number.


  • Since we're dedicated to processing your requests as swiftly as we can, we cannot change a return/exchange request once it is made.

If your requested exchange items are sold out after you have lodged your exchange, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment.
